My name is Gino Generelli.

I'm a mild-mannered Apple Certified Support Professional and member of the Apple Consultants Network.

I provide help for Macintosh computer owners in Chicago and the surrounding areas. I set myself apart by providing a service that is friendly, professional, and utterly focused on the needs of Apple customers.

I believe customers deserve to have:

• a conversation without unnecessary technical jargon
• a reasonable expectation of cost before being billed
• well-documented notes accompanying each invoice
