Estimates at our Chicago repair center are free of charge*

It's our pleasure to meet new Mac users and talk about how we can help them out. When you're ready for us to start work, we use a simple hourly rate for all services:

$135 per hour
(payment due when service is completed)

Repairs at our Chicago repair center are billed in 15-minute increments with no minimum.

On-site appointments are billed in 15-minute increments with a 1-hour minimum.

"We're a business and the accounting department
needs more time to process a check..."

No problem! We can bill a business with payment terms of 30-days. Work done with payment terms is billed at $150/hr.

We accept cash, check, PayPal and all major credit cards.

* For most all repairs. On rare occasions, we will have to perform an Advanced Diagnostic. We'll let you know beforehand. If you decide to proceed with an Advanced Diagnostic, a $50 fee applies if no work is approved.
