On-site support: we visit your home or office.
There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for on-site support.
Remote Support: we help you over phone or email.
Using secure remote-control software, you can grant temporary permission to view and control your computer over the internet.
It's completely safe—not to mention fast, inexpensive, and greener than an on-site visit.
